Circulation Assistant (Full-time Position)
Responsibilities:
•
Obtain return sales figures from vendors before invoice generation date
•
Compile Circulation Reports using raw data
•
Require to perform out-of-office activities upon request by Circulation Manager
•
Coordinate with third-party circulation contractors on publication pick-up and delivery
•
Perform regular duties as assigned by Circulation Manager
Requirements:
•
Effective phone communication skills is a must
•
Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
•
Time management skills to work under tight schedule and deadlines
•
Able to work in an organized manner
