【明報專訊】Now in Hong Kong there are many monster parents who overprotect their children. Children living in a sheltered environment are often pampered by their parents. They therefore may have little empathy for others. Several young people in other parts of the world have done some impressive things. They have done different things, but their deeds are similar because they are selfless and compassionate. (source: Ming Pao, boredpanda)

(Photo 1 ) It is a year since a family took home this stray cat. The boy of the family still insists on sharing his bed with it when it naps "so he knows that he lives at our house and will come back".

(Photo 2 ) Despite being bullied for it, this 8-year-old boy kept his hair for two years in order to donate it so that wigs can be made for kids who suffer from cancer.

(Photo 3 ) Not only did this 9-year-old boy feed stray dogs on the streets, but he also built a permanent shelter for them in his garage. He has named it the Happy Animals Club.
