【明報專訊】Dr Panda finds Bill spending too much time on mobile games. He wants to persuade Bill to do more exercises.

Dr Panda: Com'on! Let's take up a sport!

Bill: Wait, I have had a soccer practice this week. It lasted for 2 hours!

Dr Panda: Don't try to fool me around! You spent 40 minutes cheering for your team and 40 minutes resting. Technically you spent less than an hour playing football.

Bill: Okay okay, I think watching TV is quite intense for me already. How about playing video games? I can train my fingers through playing video games.

Dr Panda: Nonsense! Activities like brisk walking or volleyball are of moderate intensity. Those like tennis or basketball are of vigorous intensity. If you wish to know more, look it up on the internet!

Bill: How about brain exercises? I think doing homework is already too much for me. My brain has done enough exercise. How about breathing? My lungs consume energy every second! How about...

Dr Panda: You are unbelievable!

◆Tips

As suggested by the government and World Health Organisation, we should engage in 60 minutes of moderate to vigorous-intensity aerobic physical activity daily.

■Game

Dr Panda is playing soccer with Bill. Each soccer is given a letter. Try to form words related to sports with the given letters. (Each letter may be used more than once.)
