【明報專訊】Ricky Wong Wai-kay (王維基) is a successful entrepreneur. He founded Hong Kong Broadband Network Limited (香港寬頻網絡有限公司) and Hong Kong Television Network Limited (香港電視網絡有限公司). He is well known for being very daring and outspoken. That has earned him the nickname of "magic boy" (「魔童」) of telecommunications.
