DIY:Felt bow tie / hair clip

(1)Photocopy and cut out the patterns below. If you are making a bow tie, use the large patterns. If you are making a hair clip, use the small ones.
(2)Place the patterns on the pieces of felt. Trace the patterns' outline and cut them out.

(3)Apply super glue at the two ends of (A). Fold the two ends towards the centre and press down.

(4)Wrap the centre with (B). Glue the ends of the wrapping piece (B).
(5)Stick the wrapped ribbon onto the base (C). Wait for 10 to 15 minutes to allow the glue to dry.

(6)If you are making a bow tie, pin the safety pin at the back of the ribbon. If you are making a hair clip, glue the back of the ribbon to the hair clip.
