【明報專訊】Rope skipping has come under the spotlight in recent years. Hong Kong rope skipping team members have been performing well in international competitions and even broken the world record! Let's know more about the sport!
World record
One of the fastest rope skippers in the world is a 14-year-old girl in Hong Kong! In June 2017, Lee Sum Yi equalled a world record of skipping 105 times in 30 seconds for woman. Another female record-keeper is Eva Hanuszik from Hungary, who broke the record in 2015.
