【明報專訊】Dr Panda: I would like to learn more about the solar system. Let's make a trip to Mars in my new spacecraft!

Eason: Is Mars the best you can do? I'm on my way to Jupiter, the biggest planet in the solar system. I'll put my flag on it!

MoMo: Poor Eason. I hope he won't be too upset. Jupiter is a gaseous planet. I wonder where he can put his flag...

“ Eason: Help! I can't land! ”

Jupiter is a gaseous planet with vigorous atmospheric activities. Its distinctive Great Red Spot (red arrow) is a giant storm that keeps spinning like a hurricane.

Recently, scientists from the UK discovered another spot on the planet similar to the Great Red Spot. It is found at the north pole of the planet. They call it the Great Cold Spot (blue arrow).
