¡»Know more

There are many ways to cook eggs. For examples: egg benedict (picture) - a muffin topped with ham or bacon, a poached egg (¤ôµN³J) and hollandaise sauce (²üÄõÂæ).

¡»Quick tips

¡DBesides a circular mold, you can also use other shapes to make a heart- or flower-shaped egg.

¡DIf you have a large egg or a small cutter, use a thicker toast slice to avoid the egg from overflowing. Also, using toasts with the crust intact can also make the toast sturdier to support the soft texture of the egg.
