The US rapper Kanye West is well known for creating and promoting the shoe brand Yeezy. This brand has numerous cooperation projects with sports retailers such as Nike and Gap. With estimated earnings of USD 170 million, he was ranked second in Forbes ''The Celebrity 100 2020''.
2. The next US President?
On the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards, Kanye West said he would run for the 2020 US presidential election. In July 2020, he announced his first election campaign event. Despite the fat chance of winning, he said he was not running a campaign, he was “walking... walking to win”. However, he admitted that the campaign was in fact aimed to siphon votes (𠝹票) from the presumptive Democratic nominee, Joe Biden.
