1. Wear heat-resistant gloves before you move the pots and pans.

2. Make sure your utensil is microwaveable when you use a microwave oven. Do not put metal containers or aluminium foils inside.

3. Protect your fingers when cutting ingredients.

4. Store food in a fridge if you are saving food for later. Put raw food and food with sauces and liquids on the lower decks.
