【明報專訊】Rugby is usually played between two teams of fifteen players. In rugby sevens (a fast-paced variant), each of the two teams consists of seven players. The 2017 Cathay Pacific/HSBC Hong Kong Sevens is to take place between 7 and 9 April 2017.

Scrum — Scrum (鬥牛) restarts play in rugby. Players pack closely together with their heads down and attempt to gain possession of the ball (above).
Try — Try (達陣) is a way of scoring points in rugby union and rugby league football. A try is scored by grounding the ball in the opposition's in-goal area.
