【明報專訊】Pork is the most widely eaten meat in East and Southeast Asia, and across the Western world.

◆"Char Siu"

The Cantonese love "Char Siu" (barbecued pork), while westerners are fond of pork ribs. Don't miss out on the barbecue sauce!

◆Tonkatsu

Tonkatsu is a Japanese food which consists of a breaded, deep-fried pork cutlet (肉排). It is often served with shredded cabbage.

◆No pork on my fork

Don't treat your Muslim friend to any pork dishes. Muslims do not eat pork and pig derivatives (衍生物) as they think pigs are impure.
